Do you gift wrap?

All orders will arrive in our iconic packaging – wrapped in tissue paper and presented in a Sophie Hulme gift box – this service is free of charge and your items will be perfect when you receive them.

What couriers do you use?

DPD is our courier for the UK; we use DHL for the USA and China; Skynet is our courier for the rest of the world.

What countries do you ship to?

Do I have to pay customs & import charges?

We provide a delivery duty paid (DDP) service for all countries outside of the EU, meaning all relevant local taxes and duties will be included in your order total, shown as a separate line.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Yes we do deliver to PO Box addresses, with the exception of the following countries: Cyprus, Kuwait, Turkey and United Arab Emirates.

Can I track my delivery?

It’s easy to track your order by logging on to dpd.co.uk (UK deliveries), dhl.co.uk (USA deliveries) or skynetworldwide.com (rest of world) and entering the tracking number that was sent to you via email. Do I have to sign for my delivery?

As a security precaution, we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

Why are shipping restrictions applied to some products?

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, sophiehulme.com must adhere to some specific shipping restrictions. We are unable to ship endangered species and exotic skins outside the EU. In addition, we are required by EU regulation to obtain a CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) permit before items made from these materials can be shipped. This may cause a delay in processing your order.
